Field Coordinator
  • Act as a liaison between the Australian headquarters and the project leaders in southern Uganda. 
  • Manage the organizational budget for the children home. 
  • Implement educational and personal development initiatives for the children. 
  • Oversee the health and well-being of the orphans and street children under the care of Foundations. 

INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, Berkeley, CA (February 2010 – Present)
Junior Researcher, Legal Tools Project
  • Provide case law to be included in the Legal Tools Database by researching and compiling domestic case law for international crimes protected by international conventions within the India-Pakistan region. 

U.C. BERKELEY CENTER FOR WAR CRIMES STUDIES, Berkeley, CA (August 2009 – May 2010)
Undergraduate Researcher
  • Authored a critical analysis on the domestic judicial process utilized to identify and convict perpetrators of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide, known as Rwanda's Gacaca Courts; publication anticipated December 2010. 

KAPLAN TEST PREPARATION & ADMISSIONS, Berkeley, CA (February 2008 – May 2010)
Assistant Marketer
  • Generated increased revenue by facilitating a partnership between Kaplan and Berkeley's Greek community comprised of 32 fraternities and 12 sororities including planning and executing 2 large graduate school preparatory events with 400+ persons in attendance. 
  • Increased awareness of Kaplan by interacting with 50+ student groups in the planning, marketing, and execution of pre-professional forums, workshops, and practice tests for the students and by implementing new marketing campaigns on social networking sites including Twitter and Facebook. 
  • Administrative responsibilities included budgeting, record keeping, scheduling 5+ events per week, and negotiating group discounts. 
  • Promoted from Kaplan Student Associate to Assistant Marketer. 

ALPHA PHI INTERNATIONAL FRATERNITY, Berkeley, CA (September 2009 – March 2010)

  • Raised $5,000 over a 3-month period for the Oakland Children's Hospital by developing and executing philanthropic events.
